Do you take my insurance?


It is my goal to provide you with the best possible care, and as a result am not contracted with any insurance companies. I do accept HSA/FSA cards, all major credit cards, check and cash.




Can I submit invoices or superbills to my insurance company?


Yes. Itemized receipts for physical therapy services are provided to you upon request. You may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your insurance plan.




What are your COVID-19 safety precautions?


We are following all CDC guidelines as a precaution against COVID-19.




Do you work with males or non-runners?


Absolutely!
