Intro about my labrum tears

Myth 1: You need surgery to repair the labrum or you'll live with pain or restrictions forever.

​

Myth 2: If you're not going to have surgery to fix the labrum, you should avoiding running long distances, cycling and deep squats for the rest of your life.

​

Myth 3: If you have any pain with activities, you're causing more damage to the labrum.
