Having a coach who is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy helps tremendously when deciding what to do when aches & pains inevitably crop up during a training cycle.

I offer virtual run & strength coaching services as well as return to run coaching for athletes of all levels. My hope is to guide you in making well-informed decisions about training &  help you feel empowered in your ability to reach & surpass your athletic goals.

Performance Coaching

  • For athletes with a race goal looking to train & race strong, healthy & fast

  • Initial 60-minute consultation

  • Personalized running plan with weekly updates

  • Personalized strength & mobility program

  • 1 30-minute coaching call/month

  • Unlimited communication, feedback & schedule modifications

  • Run OR strength coaching only: $225/month

Rehab Coaching

$275/month

  • For athletes currently struggling with pain or injury, with a desire to return to healthy training

  • Initial 60-minute consultation

  • Personalized return to run & strength program​​

  • 1 30-minute coaching call/month

  • Unlimited communication, feedback & schedule modifications

  • Return to run OR rehab coaching only: $225/month
