A running coach could be an incredibly valuable addition to your team to help you navigate training, especially if you've had recurrent injuries or seem to always hit performance plateaus. Having a coach who is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy helps tremendously when deciding what to do when aches & pains inevitably crop up during a training cycle.
